I was a Examination assistant in Air university islamabad.My responsibility was to assisting with the setup and preparation of examination rooms.Distributing exam materials such as question papers and answer sheets to the students.Monitoring the exam room to ensure a quiet and fair testing environment.Answering student inquiries and providing exam clarification on exam instructions.Collecting completed exams papers and organizing them for grading.Ensuring the security and confidentiality of exam materials.Assisting with invigilation process,including monitoring students during the exam.Managing any technical issues or disruption that may rise during the exam.Collaborating with the examination coordinator and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
